‘Just Ask Mia’ chatbot connects AZ families to resources and services
When families are facing a crisis, the worry, stress and fear they experience often take them further off track. They need a trusted resource they can count on to point them in the right direction—one that’s always there when they need it and is completely anonymous. That’s Mia.
When hardships arise, Mia connects families searching for help with the resources and services they need.
Prevent Child Abuse Arizona is excited to host this webinar on “Just Ask Mia,” a chatbot that was soft-launched in 2023. By attending this 30-minute webinar, you’ll learn how you can spread the word about this new tool to the families you serve, including how to add it to your website.
Family Resource Centers, direct service providers, advocates, and anyone interacting with families is strongly encouraged to attend.
