The host library can determine if the early literacy program will include caregivers and children or just the caregivers.
What does Family, Friend, and Neighbor care (FFN) mean? “Family, Friend, and Neighbor care” can be defined in various ways, but the term generally refers to home-based providers who are exempt from licensing; FFN providers frequently, but not always, are related to or know the families of the children in their care.
