The Arizona Registry Admin Home now accepts unofficial transcripts from domestic colleges and universities. Documents from international (foreign) educational institutions must continue to be official transcripts.
FOR UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS TO BE ACCEPTED BY THE ARIZONA REGISTRY, THE DOCUMENTS:
- Must be printed from the college or university website/student portal
- Will likely show “Unofficial Transcript” on the document
- Must have student’s name, college or university information, course codes, titles and grades.
- Must have semester and year listed

- Screenshot of transcript orcourses
- Typed documents listing courses
- Documents without college and student information

4 Year Institutions
Unofficial transcripts are free of charge and may be released regardless of student account status.
- Current students may download unofficial transcripts through their Populi account by going to the Student tab and choosing Export Transcript under the transcript options.
- Students without a Populi account may fill out the electronic transcript request form and choose the Unofficial Transcript option in the Delivery Method.
- Students and former students who have an ASURITE ID — Sign in to view and print an unofficial transcript. You may need to temporarily disable pop-up blocker for this site to retrieve your transcript.
- Students who attended after 1980 and who do not have an ASURITE ID or do not know their ASURITE ID and password — Request an ASURITE ID to access unofficial transcripts online by contacting the ASU Help Desk at 855-278-5080.
- Students who attended prior to 1980 — ASU does not offer online transcript services for students who attended prior to 1980. Request the unofficial transcript in person, by mail or by fax.
- You should be in your My ASU student view to access your transcripts. If you have both a student and staff view, this will be indicated in the top right of your screen.

Unofficial transcripts are free of charge and may be released regardless of student account status.
- Current students may download unofficial transcripts through their Populi account by going to the Student tab and choosing Export Transcript under the transcript options.

- Go to Students Tab
- Select the link on the left, “Academic Information”
- Select Unofficial Transcript
Unofficial transcripts are only accessible for online viewing for students attending after 1988. Students attending prior to 1988 must order an official transcript or stop by our office to purchase an unofficial copy. Unofficial transcripts for pre-1988 students are only available on a walk-in basis.

- To view an unofficial transcript, sign in to UAccess Student Center using NetID and password.
- At the top level navigation, select Academic Record. Select “Academic Summary” from the dropdown menu.
- Click the “Unofficial Transcript” box.
- Select the “University of Arizona” as the Academic Institution and “Unofficial Transcript” from the Information for Students dropdown.
- Click “View Report” button.
- Click “View All Requested Reports” to view previously generated transcript

Students may view their unofficial transcript online on Mustang Express. Here’s how:
- Login here: https://mycampus.wnmu.edu
- Click on the “Student” tab in the yellow bar at the top
- Click “Check Grades, Transcripts, etc.”
- Click “Academic Transcript”
2 Year Institutions
- Access ToroWeb
- Log in to Self-Service Portal
- Download Unofficial Transcript
- Current Students or students who have attended in the past 18 months, you may access your unofficial transcripts through your Student Portal.
- Past students (who have not attended a class in the last 18 months or longer), please complete the Unofficial Transcript Request Form.
Chandler Gilbert Community College
- Log into your Online Student Center using your MEID and Password.
- Under Academics, choose Request Transcript from the dropdown list and click >>.
- On the Request Transcript page, choose Unofficial Transcript from the dropdown list.
To access your student account and view your transcripts, go to the My Classes Tab on MyCochise.
Students may obtain unofficial transcripts through DegreeWorks.
- Log in to MyCCC with Comet ID and password
- Click on the “Degreeworks” icon
- Select the Student Services tab
- Select DegreeWorks
Eastern Arizona Community College
- Log into your Gila Hank and select “Transcripts.”
- You will then have an option to select official or unofficial transcripts.
Estrella Mountain Community College
- Log into MyInfo using your MEID and Password.
- Go to the Transcripts page.
- From here, you will be able to view your Unofficial Transcript and request your Official Transcript. You may print your Unofficial Transcript. Click OK.
- Email ARDocs@glendale.edu a copy of your Driver License/ID or Photo Identification and you will receive your unofficial transcript within 48 – 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Include your GCC ID number in your email request.
- Log into MyInfo using your MEID and Password (download the app or log in through your browser).
- Go to the Transcripts page.
- From here, you will be able to view your unofficial transcript.
If you are a current student, unofficial transcripts may be accessed from your MyMohave Portal.
- All students, past and present, can view and print their unofficial transcript for FREE by logging into MyNPC.
- Click on the “Home” tab, then on the “Unofficial Transcript” link about three-quarters of the way down the middle column to access your unofficial transcript.
- If you have problems logging into MyNPC, please call the NPC Support Center at (928) 524-7447.
Paradise Valley Community College
Unofficial transcripts are free of charge, and can be requested in person, mail, fax or viewed online through my.maricopa.edu located in the Student Center under “Academics.”
- Log into your Online Student Center using your MEID and Password.
- Under Academics, choose Request Transcript.
- On the Request Transcript page, choose Unofficial Transcript from the list.
- Login to MyPima
- Select the Academics tab
- Select Unofficial/Official Transcripts in the Quick-Links – Academics section
- Select Unofficial Transcript
- Unofficial transcripts can be requested by filling out the following form: Unofficial Transcript Request
- If you are a current student or recent graduate, and have access to MyPrescott, you can view and print your unofficial transcript at: Unofficial Transcript View and Print
- Go to myinfo.maricopa.edu and log in using your MEID and password. You can retrieve your password or reactivate your student ID (MEID) at Student Password and MEID.
- Click Transcript.
- Download your unofficial transcript. This step allows you to confirm that your grades shown in RioLearn have posted to your official record.
South Mountain Community College
- Log into your Online Student Center using your MEID and Password.
- Under Academics, choose Request Transcript from the dropdown list, and click >>.
- On the Request Transcript page, choose Unofficial Transcript from the dropdown list.
- An unofficial copy of your transcript can be accessed and printed using MyInfo.
- If you cannot access your transcripts via these options, click here to go to the Transcripts Review page and then click on the Credential Solution logo to order your transcript.
Tohono O’odham Community College
