Help the Arizona Early Childhood Workforce Registry be a voice for you, and the entire early childhood workforce, by making sure your Registry Profile is complete and accurate!

Why is Accurate Data Important?

By systematically collecting and analyzing data reported by early childhood professionals in the Registry, we gain valuable insights into the current successes, needs and challenges of Arizona’s early childhood workforce.

Understanding the demographics, qualifications and experiences of early childhood educators informs policymakers and organizations about the specific needs of the early childhood workforce. This helps them to:

  • Target professional development to the needs of the workforce;
  • Identify compensation inequities and trends; and
  • Showcase the need for strengthened policies and support for the early care and education workforce.

How is Your Data Used?

The data collected is strictly used in an anonymous form, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of individual early childhood professionals. Personal information is never shared!
