Listening to & Learning from Families Level 1 Recognize the importance of listening attentively to information shared and using information obtained to inform planning. COA 4.1.1 Level 2 Engage in a systematic approach to ensure on- going communication with families. COA 4.1.2 Level 3 Demonstrate and assist others with the development of effective communication skills. COA 4.1.3 Level 4 Develop, plan, select, and/or create a systematic approach for communication with family members. Sharing Assessment Results Level 1 Recognize the importance of sharing assessment results with family members at appropriate times.
